Roger Wayne Bingham a Muskogee man this week pleaded guilty to 27 counts of forcible sodomy. Bingham was sentenced to a total of 20 years on each count to run concurrently. Bingham was accused of performing oral sex on a boy younger then 16 years of age back in August 2008.
