MUSKOGEE MAN WITHDRAWS HIS GUILTY PLEA


33 year old Mark Allen Maxon a Muskogee man who was charged in a November collision withdrew his guilty pleas in Muskogee court Thursday after he was told by the judge he wouldn't receive a suspended sentence. Maxon had pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving the scene of an injury accident. He was charged with putting Michael Massey in a hospital for five weeks following the collision. Maxon's preliminary hearing is now set for 10am Feb 23rd at that time a date could be set for a trial.
